The BS5-T1M sensor is a compact, industrial-grade device combining a precision BS5-T1M temperature probe with an integrated BS5-T1M transmitter. It features 1 analog input for temperature measurement and 2 configurable outputs (4-20 mA or relay) for direct control or signal transmission. Compatible with up to 8 peripheral modules via RS-485 Modbus communication, it operates on a 10-30 V DC supply range and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. Designed for harsh environments in chemical processing, energy, and HVAC industries, it offers ±0.5% accuracy and IP67 protection. The BS5-T1M transmitter supports real-time data display on a 1.8-inch OLED screen (128x64 pixels) and provides a detection range of -200°C to +400°C. While lacking built-in battery backup, its low-power design ensures reliable operation. Limitations include limited wireless connectivity options and potential EMI interference in high-noise settings without additional shielding.
